Shayan Jahanpanah

My experience with Aspen Dental and Dr. Shaman Jahanpanah surpassed all of my expectations in the best way! I have never experienced the amount of care, communication, comfort and support that was shown to me during my visits. I have had poor service at many dentist offices in the past and I went in with low expectations, but my experience from consultation to my most recent procedure has been outstanding in every way. The team makes you feel like family, not simply a customer. Dr. Jahanpanah was genuine, transparent, professional and knowledgeable. He presented me with all options and educated me on each, in addition to performing each procedure with care and precision. I am happy to continue working with Aspen and Dr. Jahanpanah and look forward to what my smile can become with such a dedicated group of professionals. I havent smiled with this level of confidence in years, and I cannot say thank you enough!

He knew I was in pain. Got emergency appointment and was kind to take time to analyze my problems. Also took time to complete what needed to be done that day. I fully recommend him. He really helped me!

He is polite and listen to the people. Explain the treatment very clearly.

He’s terrible! He literally butchered my mouth. He was supposed to extract four top teeth on left side of my mouth. Instead he *yanked* them out that left a bone protruding under the gum line. Now I can hardly move my lip on upper left side. When I told him he seemed to brush it aside. He seems to lack finesse, is heavy handed & rough. Amateurishness to say the least. Will have to see a *real dentist* to check out the work (or damage) he’s done in my mouth. If I could give no stars I would. .
